Trueseal 2K High Gloss
1. Trueseal 2K High Gloss is one of the most durable, longest lasting clear sealers on the market. Trueseal 2K High Gloss boasts the deepest color enhancement and highest achievable sheen level, outperforming typical one-part water-based or solvent-based sealers! The two-part, cross-linking technology creates a strong, hard bond that will protect your surface for years to come!
Preparation
Step 1Pressure Cleaning:
Surfaces must be clean, dry, sound, and free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, wax, soap film, rust, mold, mildew, curing compounds, and other contaminants. For best results, pressure wash at 2500 PSI or greater. Previously Painted Surfaces: Remove all loose, peeling, or chipped paint. Trueseal 2K may be applied over firmly bonded coatings after thoroughly cleaning the surface.
Step 2Mixing:
Mix Part A with Part B for 2 minutes with a stirring stick or a driller mixer with a paddle attachment. Once this is mixed you will have 90-120 minutes to use the product before it begins to harden.
Step 3Application:
Apply by brush, roller (minimum 3/8" nap), or spray. When rolling, use light to medium pressure—do not press excessively. Apply evenly while minimizing puddles, lap marks, and roller trails. One coat is typically sufficient. Do not apply in areas subject to standing water or where a slip hazard may be present. If a skid-resistant texture has been incorporated into the base coat, the product may be suitable; however, all necessary slip-resistance precautions should still be observed.
Step 4Dry Time & Cure Time:
At 70°F and 50% relative humidity, dry to touch in approximately 2–6 hours and recoat in 3–6 hours. Allow 12–24 hours for foot traffic and 72 hours for vehicle traffic. Dry times may vary based on temperature, humidity, airflow, and weather conditions.
